This role is critical to ensuring effective coordination of company assets, warehouse operations, storekeeping activities, and alignment with procurement and asset management teams. The successful candidate will oversee inventory control, asset tracking, materials distribution, and interdepartmental coordination to support seamless project execution.

The Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with storekeepers, asset managers, procurement officers, and project teams to ensure that materials and equipment are properly received, recorded, stored, and deployed.

To qualify for the Warehouse Coordinator role, applicants must:

  • Background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Asset Administration, or a related discipline
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or asset management within construction or a related industry
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operations
  • Have experience coordinating multiple store locations or project-based warehouses
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
  • Experienced in Lagos logistics control

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all warehouse and storekeeping activities across projects
  • Supervise storekeepers and ensure proper documentation of materials received and issued
  • Maintain accurate inventory and asset registers
