Soji Adeniji leads OAT Construction Nigeria Limited as the Managing Director/CEO. With a focus on High-end Real Estate and Infrastructural Development, he spearheads diverse projects including Industrial/Commercial buildings, specialized petroleum downstream projects, and mixed-use residential developments across Nigeria. 

With over twenty-two years of experience, Soji holds leadership roles in strategic construction economics, administrative matters, and project delivery. As a Fellow of the Institute of Management Specialists (F.I.M.S.) and the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FNIQS), he brings expertise in Quantity Surveying and Project Management. 

Soji Adeniji obtained his HND in Quantity Surveying from The Polytechnic Ibadan in 1990, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Calabar and a Masters in Project Management from the University of Lagos in 2000. His academic journey began at Igbo-Ora, Oyo State, and Government College Ibadan, where he completed his O/Level and A/Level certificates respectively. Prior to OAT Construction Nig. Ltd, Soji worked diligently with Adold Engineering Co. Ltd and Projectscope Ltd.
